Anxiety can be a crippling experience and one that is still miss understood by so many. I often hear "There is no reason for my anxiety", "It's just how I am", and "I'll always be a worrier." This makes me sad as it simply isn't true. There is always a reason and once that reason is found you can choose to address it or manage your anxiety so it is not in control anymore, you are.

As an anxiety and panic specialist, I use Shauna Quigley's Diamond Model to work through anxiety faster than ever before getting to the root cause and releasing you from the pain anxiety and excessive worrying can cause. I do this by mapping out your physical responses to panic and helping you to stop the domino effect they create putting you back in control fast!
What to expect when working with Tammy
You will be asked to book an anxiety assessment so we have a great starting point. During this assessment, it is an opportunity for you to talk over anything that is causing problems and be fully heard (sometimes for the first time). Sessions can be face-to-face or via online video call.
I have questions to keep us on track and to gather the important information I am looking for during the assessment, but it will not feel like an interview, I promise. I will not go into anything too deep or personal as the assessment is not a time to be delving in or opening a can of worms we may not be working on together.
Once I have all the answers I need, and you feel completely understood I will write up your assessment and send it via email so you have time and space to decide on your next steps.
The assessment will:
- Help you understand your anxiety on a deeper level
- Help others to understand it if you wish to share the information
- Give you a clear path in helping you to move forward in this period of your life
- Save you many hours in treatment and maybe thousands of pounds
Once you have your assessment in your hands you have choices:
- Take the information and work on it yourself, researching and reading books on each topic
- If I have said I can help you ( and I will say if I can't) book in to work with me on achieving your goals
- Keep the information and call me when you feel the time is right ( or more often when you can no longer take what you are going through)

Doers! I mainly work with women and teenagers but am happy to work with anyone I believe I can help and who is ready to help themselves. You do not have to know what to do, and you are allowed to be scared to try this new method, but you must be willing to do the work.Ā

*Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your spot. Your appointment can be moved via the booking app up to 48 hours before your appointment, after that the deposit will be kept for any missed appointment.
In the case of pre-paid courses, any missed or cancelled appointment within 48 hours will result in that session being lost.
This policy is there for you as well as me. Putting your needs first can be incredibly hard and so it is easy to back out or put someone else first. Hopefully knowing you will lose money may be enough for you to prioritise yourself or give you a good reason to say no to others if they want your time.
